I can’t find the furniture that I need, do you have other options?

Yes! We have an industry-leading network of office manufacturers / dealers that we work with. If you don’t see what you’re looking for on our site, contact us at hello@bellhopfurniture.com and we’ll work with our partners to find the furniture that you need.

What cities do you operate in?

Bellhop currently operates in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa and Montreal. If you need office furniture but your company isn’t located in one of these cities, contact us at hello@bellhopfurniture.com and we’ll see if we can help.

Is there a minimum rental term?

Bellhop doesn’t have set time frames for its rentals (unlike most leasing companies). Instead, to increase flexibility, we have minimum “holds”. Bellhop’s standard hold is 12 months, after which, the subscription continues on a month-to-month basis for as long as it makes sense for your business. In special circumstances, we can provide 3, 6 and 9 month holds as well. If you’re interested in a different hold period, contact us at hello@bellhopfurniture.com and we’d be happy to assist you.

Is there a security deposit on the furniture

Yes, consistent with other asset rental businesses, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due at the beginning of the period. Assuming there is no damage outside of regular wear and tear, the deposit is refunded in it’s entirety when the furniture is returned.

How do I figure out what items I need?

How long does it take to receive the furniture?

It depends on the type of furniture and the location of your office. Several of the items we have listed on our website are held in-stock, such as height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs and mobile pedestals. In many cases, these items can be delivered and installed within 2 weeks. In some cases, the furniture is made-to-order, and as such, the lead time may be consistent with other office furniture providers (6 to 10 weeks).

Can I buy the furniture I’m renting?

Absolutely. Bellhop is all about flexibility. If your situation changes and renting no longer makes sense for your business, all our furniture comes with a purchase option that can be exercised at any time during the duration of your subscription.

How much is delivery and installation?

It depends. For larger projects, delivery and installation in some cases may be free. If we aren’t able to offer free delivery/install, then we generally amortize the cost over the first 12 months of your rental period to eliminate having to pay everything upfront. In these cases, the delivery and installation can be as low as $3 to $5 per item (per month).

What forms of payment does Bellhop accept?

Bellhop accepts all major credit cards, checks and wire transfers.

How do I schedule a pickup?

We make pick-ups easy. Simply contact us at hello@bellhopfurniture.com a minimum of 15 days before your desired pick-up date and our team of certified experts will take care of everything.
